what's the best case i can get for $45 or less with these features

-side panel window (with no fan mounts on the side, that's pretty ugly imo)

-dual 120mm mounts up front and one on back (top would be nice too but not necessary)

-bottom mounted psu 

i could even stretch to $50 if its really that good but im just looking for a new case

also movable drive cages would be nice so the front fans aren't blocked

I think you can get the S340 for that. Or at the very most a McDonalds meal more.

DIY PC cases are on sale right now from Newegg that meet most of these requirements (with the exception of the removable drive cages but the cages go in the basement with the power supply).

i saw some of those while browsing pcparpicker for some ok prices but i didn't really see all that many that stood out to me

Corsair spec-01 red it's 40$ I think I just bought it and it's a!well built case has everything u looking for
