Where/can you buy the ASUS OC Panel II

I have been unable to find anyplace that sells them, aside from buying a rampage v or something , as I was looking at the rampage v edition 10 and it doesn't come with one and I sadly dont own one...yet

They only come with those specific motherboards and requires a ROG EXT connector that isn't on other boards.

My point is the edition 10(looking at buying) has the extension and from the sold out listings I have found, at one time someone sold them alone(the pannel)

Have you thought about the ROG Front Base?  It connects to the same extension panel and installs in your 5.25" bays.

They are more readily available than the OC Panel II.

I have but it looks like the oc panel has more functionality, and its kinda what I've been looking for if the reviews of it are true.
