so when I press the button to render it(f12) it doesn't show the image, it does finish rendering but for some reason it doesn't show me the rendered image, I have tried restarting blender but it still doesn't work, anyone know why its doing this?

yes I have lights, its the image render, and there is only one scene which I am rendering.

there is only one scene so not sure what you mean by the default scene and if there is something setup wrong I wouldn't really know how to fix it

so it turns out I was being a derp, I was using blender to edit videos and I changed the render display to keep ui...
