Any FIFA (FUT) Players Here? Looking for help...

So, I've been playing a lot of FIFA 17 lately and really enjoying it, specifically Ultimate Team. Currently, this and this are my two teams. As of late, I've become stagnant in Division 5 and struggle to qualify for FUT Champs. My main issue is that I struggle to create opportunities and finish the ones that I do. So, any advice for team improvements/tactics/formations?

 

Some more info real quick: IF Kane, Boateng, Otamendi, and Fahrmann are untradable, so those don't apply to the value of these teams.
