If you don't feel like you need anything more, than you're good. Don't spend money you don't have to.

If anything, look at ergonomic things for your posture (even a simple monitor stand will help immensely)

a setup is as "ultimate" as one chooses it to be. Is there anything you aren't happy with? As long as it looks good to you, and feels good to you, then that is all that matters.

A monitor might help ;).. just kidding I assume that you have some sort of display to go with your setup. Depending on what you plan to do with your computer a really nice pair of speakers would be good. The Logitech Z623's are what I have and they are great. If you don't have one already I think an extended mouse mat would also be a good thing to add.

As others have said, if your setup feels good to you then it is good. If you feel you need something else than that is up to you, not us.

Well I currently have a really good mouse, a computer, a desk, a chair, heaphones, lamp, sd cards, notes, a smartphone, and some other things like usb.

What else do I need to have the "ultimate" or "complete" setup? Anything important?

A  monitor or other display device.
