Idk what ram speed this laptop is

it's because it's a low value laptop. I'd bet 95% chances 1333MHz and remote 5% chances 1600MHz. 

 

There's no point saying the speed because the target demographic aren't people that care or even know about ram speed.

RAM Speed isn't even an important metric when it comes to gaming.

I want to know the speed because I'm going to add another chip to it and I can't have 2 chips of different speeds.
