Hey guys, my parents are getting replacing their old computer and I was thinking of stripping it of some of its parts and building a super cheap machine for Linux (just to play around with stuff like SSH, proxy server, stuff like that, just to learn) and then I may be streaming Netflix in the living room (I don't need it...but I feel like building something). The old computer has a Pentium D in it. I know that this processor is old and likely crap compared to today's standards, but would my experience be totally horrible if I were to use it, especially with it's on board graphics? I found an itx motherboard for it that doesn't have a PCI slot for a discrete GPU. Thanks so much for the help.
