nah...., an i5 wont really bottleneck an 1070, although it doesn't make much sense to go with that combo.

Erm i dont think i5 bottle necks anything. even a 1080 sli to be honest maybe games like arma 3?  but yeh the only thing that i5 might bottle neck (i have one myself) is single core performance, i mean its REALLY GOOD but there are better.

No the i5 will not bottleneck with the r9. The only thing that would bottleneck with GTA5 and Battlefield is if the card doesn't have enough memory with the i5, which it should.

idk, but i feel like a 1070 would work well with i7. although 1070 w/ i5 is common
