Hi I'm building a gaming PC soon and I thought all was fine until I figured out my MOBO isn't wireless. I can't run a cable because of the place my PC is.

Ahhh. Gotcha. You said something a little different, but that makes sense.

I'd look into a USB adapter. It'll probably be much cheaper than buying a motherboard with built in WiFi.

Where do they connect? My case only has 2 USB slots (NZXT S340 White)

Ohhh! Thank you! So I can just connect the wifi to one of those 1.1/2.0 and it will be fine? Dumb question but the wifi speed isn't affected if I connect it to a 2.0 slot right?

I'd connect it to the 3.0 ports, the 2.0 ones are usually best for the mouse/keyboard as sometimes they can be a little finicky when it comes to USB 3.0. It won't cause any bottlenecks at all. Just make sure you read reviews before you buy one as some are significantly better than others.

Ok I guess I might as well use the 3.0 because I have 4 more.
