Is the Seasonic S12II 520w psu enough for an i5 6600?

More than enough. It's a good PSU. :)

Yes , it is. I'm using the exact same power supply for my i5 6600k.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5800X +  GPU: Nvidia RTX 3080 12GB + Motherboard: Asus Crosshair VIII Hero
