Also figured I'd ask. What's everyone's opinion on PCI-E Lanes when running SLI. I'm either going to do a 7700K or a 6850K

Remember to include GPUz with your results sheet guys.

Time for me to run the benchmark :D

Maybe we should skip the 4k optimized and go right to the 8k optimized... focus on 1080p extreme and 8k optimized?

The torrent is from Unigine themselves. It's impossible for it to  be illegal.

If you have the .torrent from Unigines website - its legit.

You are being given a false positive as the extension of the file is .exe

Yeah I know, it's just many torrent that I downloaded often have this popup lol. Oh then maybe utorrent auto marks every exe file as potentially harmful? My own Rainmeterskin get marked as harmful on google drive too though it's only an ini file lol

Ok i'm going to re-run these benchmarks looking at GPU-Z my cards were never running a 3.0 x8/x8. They were stuck on 1.1. Reflashed my BIOS and set it to GEN3 in the bios vs auto looks like its running right now.

Hello guys, so our GPU editor at TweakTown recently benchmarked all the GPUs in his collection with Superposition.

Here's the link:  http://www.tweaktown.com/articles/8134/unigine-superposition-benchmark-new-gpu-crusher/index.html

Our test system specs:

  • CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K
  • Cooler: Nocua U12S
  • MB: AORUS Z270X-Gaming 9
  • RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) G.SKILL Trident Z 4000MHz DDR4
  • SSD: 1TB OCZ RD400 NVMe M.2
  • PSU: Corsair AX1500i

We benchmarked 980Ti to Titan X Pascal. Here's our results at 1080P, 1440P, 4K, 5K and 8K!

why not use printscreen instead of taking picture of your monitor?

Well this benchmark is interesting ... I had to put +250MHz on core, to get max frequency of my GTX 1070 and even then it wasn't 2101 like it should be.

But when I opened my game with +250MHz on core, my GU instantly crashed. I know that my GPU is only stable on +237 on core, so not sure why it does work on +250 in Superposition.

And if you ask me, we should run high preset for 1080p, because as you can see, we get higher FPS from 4K bench.

Running 1080p high preset I get around 11k score, and for extreme I can't even get 4000k score.

Just my opinion on this kinda bugged benchmark xD

bit of a shame that 1440p high doesn't quite do 60fps.. time to get a 1080 lol

edit: and i just realized that this may not be the most optimal run.. haven't updated nvidia drivers

what the fuck? I have 1070 SC and I got this:

not sure what's going on here or how you're 300 points ahead.. have you manually OC'd your card?

(4670k isn't at 4.6, instead 4.0 atm, should maybe turn that back up)

idk
