cpu Bent cpu corner

Hello there
I've spotted this guy selling a CPU(i5 6600) for 100€ (instead of 240€) and a motherboard that he deems broken

he dropped the cpu and it seems that a corner is bent(picture),i've been wondering if it's worth the risk(he doesn't know if the cpu work since the mobo is dead) and if the fact that his cpu is bent could have damaged his MoBo and if it could damage MY motherboard

thats  a tiny bend , it shud work just fine , ive seen intel cpus w/ the corner chipped off that still worked fine

The contacts or the middle don't seem to be damaged so it should work fine

but could it break anything ?
i only have one motherboard and my budget is super tight so i won't be able to replace if something goes wrong

i'll form my opinion like this:

 

there's a pretty high chance it'll work, but think of it like this: if the guy is that careless that he drops a €240 processor, what else went wrong with the stuff he's selling to you?

don't buy it. 1151 connections points if it is not seated perfectly it could be a nightmare. Even if it does boot you could have weird ass error down the road. I have bought refurnished and used stuff but only if there is some type of replacement guarantee.
