It happens. Let it resolve itself eventually. Also consider a service like GOG if you don't want to be locked out of your products.

try force shutting Steam with the task manager and opening it again, that solves most problems when it comes to Steam lol, if it dosent just wait and it will fix itself

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
