Ask your parents to put the cash on their account so you can pay it with that?

Prepaid VISA giftcards are also useful but OP would need to pay attention to what the max amount they could get one for is.  Though for computer parts even a few hundred dollars at a time would likely be enough to buy a few things at a time.

 

The trick is to match how much you get a prepaid VISA giftcard to the amount you'd need for what you plan to use it to buy.
