http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/Wyqc4C Here. Dropped the price down a little. You don't need a sound card or windows 10. You can just download windows 10 for free and get a crack.

My Current Rig:

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO GPU: ASUS STRIX OC 1070 Motherboard: MSI Z170-A Gaming M5 Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2 x 8GB DDR4-2400 Storage: A-Data Premier 240GB SSD/Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM Case: NZXT S340 PSU: Corsair RM750i Monitors: Acer R240HY/ Dell S2716DG

You removed the os and crack/illegal is not allowed to discuss here. Also OP might want a sound card for some reason. Why x61 when there is x62. Why did you go for i5 6600k??

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/zQf3HN Double the storage for the same price :P No need for hue+ tbh. Just get an rgb led strip for $20. Save the extra money on something else

I guess I just assumed OP only wanted to game and/or do mild editing.

Original poster. Save the extra money on something else. 6600k will do you great.

Do you have a monitor, keyboard, and mouse?

Eh, kind of a waste of money if op will only be gaming and mild editing. Maybe an extra 5 frames, if that, in games.

In cpu intensive game? It's not a waste.

seen 2 videos of hue+ killing pc's. get a carbon fiber mobo that has built in rgb and just get a few rgb strips and they plug into the mobo and follow the same settings as the mobo
