I am planning on upgrading my computer soon, and I saw news regarding the AMD zen and and AMD vega. Rumor says that the 8 core 16 thread AMD zen will cost around 300 USD. and the AMD vega will be a titan killer. Should I wait for the new AMD components or but the current intel+nividia ones

up to you but dont be overhyped like with the 480 zen will provide vary good performance but wait and see on the other side intel cpus are awesome my 5820k  will last me few years

Personally, I've had nothing but bad experiences with amd in the past, so I recommend just getting intel and nividia.

I mean, I can already tell you the 8 core will not sell for $300

 

And about vega being a Titan killer, that one is more likely but still less than 50%.

 

I would wait til January tbh. Zen and Vega will have shown their true colors by then.
