C: PARTITION - WRONG STORAGE READING.

Hello, What should i do if the C: Reads the storage wrong ? How do i delete files if they arent files to delete.. ?

PS: They fall very quickly to -100mb , most of them after those in the image ( Apps & Games) So , really makes no sense , how is 110+ gb , on my ssd.. or is it restricted/reserved.. if so .. how to delete it .. or to unreserved it.

You can uninstall software and games with Uninstall software tool with Control Panel. That removes most of the files. Then you can use CCleaner or similar to clean anything left behind. Or if you are wondering why the two menus read different file size, the bigger number counts in save and profile files.
