An unexpected problem has arisen with my speakers

Ikarmue

I just made a desk setup that made my use of dual monitors more viable than what I had before. The only problem being that, when I am using headphones (which is most of the time so my parents aren't distracted by what I am doing on my PC), I have this aggravating clicking noise in addition to static coming out of my headphones. I believe the sound is messed up on the speakers themselves as well, but it's much more noticeable with my headphones on. I usually use an external sound card, so I don't have any interference there. I put the subwoofer that I had on the floor on the desk since it allows for so much more space, but I would be surprised if that was the case.

My set of speakers are a pair of Logitech Z323's. Does anyone have any idea as to what could be the problem?

Thanks in advance!

My speakers are plugged in via an external DAC that has two jacks, one for headphones, and one for mics. The headphones are connected via the headphone jack on my speakers.
