Intel Core i5-6402P vs Intel Core i5-6400

The 6402P has a 0.1 GHz higher clock speed while the 6400 comes with Intel SmartCache. The 6400 is slightly more expensive than the 6402P. Which one has an overall better value?

Main difference is the integrated graphics, I would go with the 6400 however it probably won't be much different.

Yes, I chose the ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1060 Amp! Edition 6GB GDDR5. :)
