No Audio Output Device Is Installed

Hi all,

So my audio on my computer is not working and so I looked at the drivers and they were both there. So I have no clue what I did wrong so I uninstalled both of the drivers and (yes I have two the realtek) installed them again. It didnt work. Then I looked in the computer and it didn't work. I am currently using the optiplex 7010 and it hasnt been working. What else can I do without doing a fresh reinstall of windows and also I have no backup.

Right click the Volume control icon on the task bar and select Playback Devices. Make sure the Realtek device you want to output to is enabled and selected as the Default Device.

That means Windows is not detecting any audio device to output to. Open Device Manager and see if any audio devices are detected.
