Low End Liquid Cooler

You could get the pro version (Dark rock pro 3) or look at the Cryorig R1 Ultimate if you are that worried about aesthetics (I personally dont care about the fans). How much are you overclocking? Unless trying to push it to the max, slightly cheaper air would work fine. Going back the Dark rock 3 or Cryorig H5 perhaps. Just know that these coolers may not perform quite as well as Noctua with temps and acoustics.

I have been shopping for lower end closed loop CPU coolers and I would like to buy one that won't leak. I have found a few, I would like other people's opinions on which ones are the most reliable, or if there are better coolers in the price range ($99- $129 AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS) then please suggest them.

High end air would be better in this price range (And quieter).

I still wouldnt buy it. You would get better performance, lower noise and less risk of it breaking with air (It would be much more expensive with AIO if it does).

IMO the only way to do water cooling is in a custom design that looks super awesome, and that is not cheap. expect to purchase 3 to 5X the amount of tube/pipe you need to get it perfect

OP wants aesthetics, yall dont

Maybe the more appropriate question is what CPU is he actually cooling and whether or not its overlocked

Its ok but there is a similar product by that company that uses the fan & heatsink sandwich design. I think the sandwich design is the best.

If your looking for a bit of flamboyance you won't get it with Noctua. The noctua gets the best scores on benchmarks and silence but there are other manufacturers that make copies of the design but with different fans. Phantecks, silverstone, cooler master, I'm pretty sure they all offer something similar to noctua but louder & more colours

You could spray-paint the fans or just replace them outright.

I'm hoping to get about 4.4-GHz -.4.6GHz

Just get more of a basic cooler like the dark rock 3 or Cryorig H5 for that (A 212 might be able to achieve that too).
