Which motherboard for professional use?

So I want to buy a new motherboard since I reached the limits of the current one.

I have an i7-4770s CPU so I need LGA 1150 socket. (I don't think I need a new CPU)

My budget is tricky because I live in Hungary and the prices are different here but let's say its 120USD (+-20%)

I am a software engineer so I am looking for features like:

  1. TPM header for encryption
  2. lots of USB ports on the IO for multiple keyboards and peripherals like the LEAP Motion
  3. few usb3.0 headers inside the case since I'm running a triple boot machine (Win, OSX, Linux) and I have a boot device, wifi and Bluetooth dongle that I want to put inside the case

I don't care about features like:

  1. Overclocking
  2. 8 RAM slots
  3. Overkill performance

Stuff that are welcome but are like whatever:

  1. Intel IPT
  2. Intel Vpro
