two $600 US builds for friends

Budget & Location
$600 U.S.

Aim
The first build is for video editing and the sort.
the second build is for gaming.

Monitors
I do not know this but i think it is going to be 1080p for both systems.

The first build is used for video editing and a bit of light gaming but video is the most important part, the case is glitched and is not showing its price but I am letting the friend find one.

The second build is just for gaming but the case can not be changed.

Any ideas, what do you think about this builds?

Budget's a bit tight a 6300, no?

You'd have to bump down the gpu which would be the opposite of what you should do for a gaming rig.

the case can not be changed he wants the NZXT Guardian 921

I dont know why he just likes the case, i cant argue with him. i think the case is vary personal part. when i put together builds i let who ever im doing it for pick the case unless they dont care. i do show them whats out there if they have no idea, R4 and corsair cases to name a few.
