HD 7850 Overclocking, can't raise voltages

So I've gotten myself a Radeon HD 7850.

It's an overclocking beast and it's a known fact, I've reached 1050MHZ on the core without touching the memory clock for now.

The problem is, no matter which software I use the voltage limit for the thing seems to be 1.210V, the same exact voltage that the card automatically ramps up to if any stressful workload is applied.

Now as long as I remember, stock Radeon 7850 cards have the stock voltage somewhere around the 1.18V mark, correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm using a VTX3D HD 7850, and I'm just wondering, am I doing something wrong, am I using the wrong software or is it a BIOS limitation of that certain card?

For now I have tried MSI AB, Trixx and even AMD overdrive found in the CCC, nothing works really.

Thanks guys

If software can't adjust it, then it's locked in the BIOS.

Thanks, wanted to make sure. Also, is it actually worth overclocking the memory considering the possible instability issues and almost no performance gain compared to just raising the core clock?

Overclocking the memory on my cards makes very little real-world difference.
