Considering i'm on a budget

Most of us don't like corsair CX version with green lable since those are not the most reliable PSUs.

But if you are on a budget and don't have some insane components in your build, it should be fine

You can wait few more hours to get suggestions from other users on forum.

There are many of them who are far more experienced with PSUs.

This thread can give you a good idea. Anything below Tier 3-4 is not recommended.
