solid entry level <$200 drawing tablet suggestions

question is in the title, just has to be compatible with windows and not too big or unconventional. preferable something that is not too heavy since my guess is that it will be used with a laptop, but its no must by any means.

euro preferably but us dollar is also fine, 200 is the absolute max so i would prefer something aroun 100-150 but if everything there is a shit price for what you get than 150-200 is good.

yea the wacom intuos art medium looks really good. i think its exactly what im looking for. around €189,- in the physical shop here so maybe even cheaper online. thanks!
