No need for an i7 for gaming, unless you are running one of the very few games that can use the extra threads. Otherwise, an i5-6500 or 6600 is fine.l

You only need 500-550watts of power supply, and unless power is very expensive where you are, you only need an 80+ bronze unit such as a Corsair CX550M.

(Under load, that system would only use about 300-350 watts total, so even a 550watt supply has plenty of headroom.)

A sieve may not hold water, but it will hold another sieve.

i5-6600, 16Gigs, ITX Corsair 250D, R9 390, 120Gig M.2 boot, 500Gig SATA SSD, no HDD

Hey, so I wouldn't recommend getting an i7 unless you plan on doing some real intense gaming, 650W is a bit overkill for this system so I would drop down to 550W (which is still a bit much but you do have some extra wattage in case the system does go wonky on you), and I switched out your 1TB HDD and added a 2TB HDD because the extra storage won't kill ya! I also added in two sets of case fans for you to add in so your case can stay nice and cool when it's working hard. Anyways here's my modified list of your list. -- http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/rw37wV

I wouldn't go with the i5 6600K unless you are going to get a Z170 board to overclock it...
