Are these necessary to have installed?

On my pc, I have all of these Microsoft Corporation Visual things installed on my pc, my simple questions are can I uninstall them, or are they important for anything.

Don't touch them. Unless you absolutely know what you're doing because a lot of programs rely on those frameworks.

Certain programs may require them, including video games.

Could you give a example of one such program?

They're installed during installation of the programs themselves because they require them. Borderlands 2 for example uses at least one of those.

Try removing all of it and run some games and see if they reinstall it again. Then you know if games need or not

Games that you download through Steam often come bundled with them. Even simple necessities like AMD Graphics drivers will install C++ Redistributables. You can have third party applications that require you install .NET frameworks during installation or else it will not work.

Long story short, if you delete one, chances are you'll have to install it back because there isn't an easy way to know if you still have programs that depend on those packages.

I would leave them all installed. Uninstalling them can still clutter your registers, and they are small enough. (saving up HDD/SSD space is the only reason I can think of, of removing them...) If you don't want any of them at all, disable all updates everywhere, and pray Windows doesn't ignore your settings.

*EDIT: had to fix something, I am really tired, time for bed.
