Get the 6Gb 1060, 3Gb is bad value. Get a better PSU, perhaps the 500W B2.

suggest better GPU. You should get a gtx 1060 6GB. if you cannot afford that, drop your RAM down to 8GB and use the difference to get it. If you don't want to do that, get an RX 480 4GB instead (but not an RX 480 8GB)

As I tell everyone, I always buy RAM that is on the main board manufacturer's supported RAM list HERE. As for the PSU get a EVGA or Seasonic.
