Need suggestions to lower price

so I'm helping my friend out with a build and i need some suggestions, he just wants to play games like csgo, gta, minecraft. I have a list but he wants to keep everything under 900 including peripherals. If you guys can check out the list and tell me how to lower the price a bit that would be great, I think the gpu might be a bit overkill so give me some suggestions to replace it, thanks in advance!!

Id get a cheaper mech. unless you need razer, there are cheaper keyboards that will feel just the same and use the same switches(maybe no lights, but who looks at their keyboard any ways?)

 

Id get a rx470/rx480 instead of a 960, else a 1060. A 960 is last gen now.

 

Id get a cheaper b85 board, no reason to go z97 as you can't oc that chip. Id get something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128607

get the RX 470, better performance and cheaper  also, try getting a secondhand cpu or mobo, saved me 25% off them both while being really good.

look for a local thrift store or e-waste recycling place for screens/keyboard mouse they wont be high end gaming stuff but they will work  the polace i work at normally sells 19" lcds for about 10$ be a big way to save money

And is the CM octane actually a good keyboard because it seems pretty cheap to be good
