iPhone will not send texts to Android

My mom's iPhone will only receive messages from my phone see can not send anything. It will also not work on another Android phone. It used to text both the phones, but now nether. It will still send texts to iPhones thugh. I have tried refreshing the ram and also I have also reset the cell settings. I do have some on and it is sending it as ibe, but failing to send it. Thanks

Make sure the bubbles are green and it isn't being stupid.

Settings > Messages > Make sure "Send as SMS" is enabled.

Yah, i have a oneplus 3, but my mom would probably hate it.
