Will it bottle neck bottleneck?

No, but the i7 will bottleneck the 1060.

Yes, then it's a bottleneck and you'll have to spend more money on buying a new computer just to "get rid" of bottleneck

No, then you'll play games like you normally would, now with a brand new gpu.
