Not enough RAM cause flickering and stutter.

I purchased Forza Horizon 3. The game is great, fun as hell. I'm running 8GB DDR4-2400. Sometimes while going through menus I have my screen constantly flickering. I have a feeling i don't have enough RAM because more than 90% is being used while playing. Any thoughts?

Hmmmm. I'm not familiar with the whole Windows store thing, but isn't Forza Horizon 3 a console game ported for PC?If that's so, NO FKING WAY do you not have enough RAM to run this. How many Chrome porn tabs are you running in the background?

DirectX12 isn't a program you can "get". You already have it if running Windows 10

90% on the CPU seems very unnaturally high. I know the forza 6 beta on PC was not well optimized, but IDK about horizon 3. If getting another stick or two of RAM isn't a lot of money for you, I would definitely do it

Vsync maybe? I've got a freesync monitor though,so I might be the only one having issues with having vsync on.

@Flowey technology is only getting better and more resources are needed to run the new created technology, so yes its time for the generation where computers won't turn on if you have less than 8gb of ram (joking)
