Searching your own posts?

So if I want to comment on a new post, and link to a response I had to another thread? How does one search through all my posts for one?

 

Actually search, not look through?

 

Or is this not available yet?

but im not the author on them? where does one put the name

putting my name and SSD in the search box should return some posts where I have explained how SSD`s degrade to people and save me writing it once more if I can link it.

what do you mean you are not the author? someone else posted your stuff?

Use google with site:linustechtips.com and just put in what you remember from the entire topic, it should find it for you.

So like someone else is the OP, and ive commented on the thread explaining a bunch of stuff.
I want to be able to search through the posts where I am not the original poster but have commented

You can filter search by author and use your own account name there.  Then just use search terms as usual. No need to put username into search term box.

Yes you can search only your post by clicking "Search By Author"
