Celeron vs Pentium

Go to solution Solved by NelizMastr,

Celery is edible, a pentium isn't.

Hello.

I know the difference between an i3, an i5, and an i7, (i3 is 2 core 4 threads, i5 is 4 cores 4 threads, and i7 is 4-10 cores and 8-20 threads)

But what is the difference between a pentium and a celeron? They are both extremely cheap 2 core 2 threaded CPUs.

Thanks in advance
