Would you prefer a fully automated restaurant?

This is interesting. I think these can co-exist with what we have now since it seems like a unique, different experience from normal restaurants. However, I can only see this working in small-medium sized restaurants with some kind of unique flair, unless you go crazy with roof mounting 'isms'.
