Work vs Home Monitor

Yeon

I am considering upgrading my monitor at home to a 144hz since I am long overdue for an upgrade.

At work however I use two monitors that are 60hz. Does anyone have a similar situation? My fear is that if I get the 144hz at home; when I'm at work the 60hz ones there will start to bother my eyes.

I have a 144Hz monitor at home and a 60Hz at work, and it doesn't bother me as I don't game at work. Lots of things bother me about my office PC, such as the 1080p res, the slow mouse, and general sluggishness, but monitor refresh rate for office stuff is absolutely fine.

I have to use 15 inch LCD panels that are at least 10 years old at my job.  I'm just using word and excel, but I'd never let my work setup restrict what my home setup looks like.
