If only I had GTA SA on Steam I probably would have been at 1000+ hours, but on my actual Steam list it's TF2 at 160 hours.

Skyrim is top of mine with around 150hr, but No1 off steam is almost definitely Age of Empires II, back in the days of the MSN Gaming Zone online matchmaking I was a hardcore player of AOE II and played countless games.

 

I will tell you the bad part of AOE II, and that is the pathfinding is utterly catastrophic, but you could right click on the mini map to direct troops, and left to move the camera to their position that kind of helped the issue somewhat.
