Hey guys, recently I moved my entire system to a new case (arc midi r2) and in the process something must have gotten screwed up because I've never seen anything like this in my entire life...

Currently I have an fx-8350, corsair vengeance ram, gtx 650ti, 500w thermaltake tr2 (terrible and soon to be replaced) as well as an m5a97R2.0 ASUS mobo, Windows 7 64-bit installed on 128gb Samsung SSD

I booted my system up after moving everything over and when I did it booted just fine, started browsing the web, everything was just fine. Then all the sudden programs began to crash...One after the other, Razer Synapse, Spotify, Logitech Gaming Framework, even Windows explorer crashed...

My first thought was perhaps the memory got bumped, so i reseated the ram as well as the graphics card, it still had these problems. I ran the Windows Memory Diagnostics, found no problems with the RAM...

I then launched the windows repair afterwards, and my goodness it looked like I was running Windows '95 as it said "Installed Windows 7 Service Pack 1" ... I quickly rebooted and found myself back on my computer as if everything was okay. Then once again programs began to crash one after the other, and as I'm writing this I fear Chrome might crash on me again

Someone please help me get to the bottom of this as soon as possible,

Thanks

Just run windows repair. It might look legacy but actually works fine. Also recheck every cable inside case. Something like case switching should not effect on anything. You can clear CMOS if feeling like it but since nothing else except case has been changed I don't see point. Its propably just loose cable or one ramstck might be loose.

Run the computer without the gpu and see if there is any problems still. Also do the same if you have two sticks or more ram try them individually and see if this fixes anything. Seems like you have an hardware failure, also check the cpu thermal compound if there is enough and if its seated properly
