My new ram is "Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (1x8GB) / 2400MHz / DDR4 / CL16 / BLS8G4D240FSA" and on the website it says they "support 21300" mhz.

Will I need to downclock the ram or what's up? :P

your board supports 2133 MHz.

only the z170 chipset can run ram at higher speeds.
