Good $150 Used GPU

does anyone know what used GPUs I can be able to grab arround the $150 on Amazon and Ebay I want somthing that's more powerful then a GTX 950 and somthing that's got at minimal 4gb of video memory

Well that rules out the GTX 970  :P

Really depends on the market, I have seen 980s go for $150USD.

Maybe a used GTX 960, or R9 290/390. I'd personally recommend waiting for the GTX 1050Ti.....
