How to transfer just my OS from my HDD to my SSD

You will want to reinstall on the SSD, for certain applications it would be best to have it on the SSD so you get the benefit of the fast launch speeds. For example you can install steam on the SSD and have a folder inside the HDD to have the save location for the games.

So as I am currently, all apps and programs on the HDD are useless and not available? (BTW I'm noticing a HUGE difference in speed)

Not useless but it won't get the benefit of shorter launch/startup times. It's always best to install your main program and such on the SSD and then use the HDD to save your large data or files on that you don't use often.

Gotcha. I cant figure out how to hide the System Reserved drive thing.
