Maybe you have a reason for this, but why are you only getting 4gb ram? 8GB should be a priority tbh

"Bottleneck". I hate that word. Here's the deal with bottlenecks: if you're putting a modern GPU in with a five-year-old CPU, anything worth buying will bottleneck. If you're not planning on upgrading that PC ever, then sure, buy a used GTX 750 Ti for $60. If you are planning on upgrading and you have a couple of CPUs in mind, then buy a GPU suited to those, and frag-all whatever it does to your current CPU.

If I were in your shoes, I'd buy a nicer, more modern GPU like a 470, 480 or 1060 or nicer, if you plan to go for an i5 or i7, regardless of when you plan to upgrade, unless you're just going to ride that Clarkdale into the sunset. That way, when you do upgrade, you'll be happy that you put up with a mild bottleneck (and with an i5-650, the bottleneck on an RX 460 would be very mild), because then you'd have a GPU perfectly suited for your i3-7100 (or whatever) instead of going, "Dammit, my CPU can handle Star Citizen, but I've got this stupid R7 270 holding me back!".

Make sense?

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
