Can you try unplugging EVERYTHING from the BACK OF THE MONITORS except for power, and re-test the power on/off delay?

Asking to eliminate it being the monitor panels themselves. Report back with results.

Can you explain the issue you're having in more depth?

When you say your monitors don't turn off, what do you mean? What do they do? What happens on the screen after you shut the computer down?

I tried it , its the same delay . I switched the power cables with the hope the issue will be fixed , but no :(

Can you try the same thing with only power hooked up, but also make sure both monitors are on the same input?

For example, set both monitors to VGA-in, DVI-in, or HDMI-in and report back. I have a feeling it's because they're using different input methods.

Its probably that , but i live in a isolated from the fking world place and there is no any Display Port cables anywhere and i only have one HDMI and one DVI input . I contacted ASUS support centre yesterday and they said that in multiple setups the monitors are configurated to work this way . I dunno , ty you for the support though , very much appreciated :)))
