Quiet but cheap LED fans

Hey guys,

I am going to build a system for my dad and I chose the Corsair 100r as a case (windowed version, if you have any alternatives under 50€ just let me know btw :)), but as there is only one fan included, I am looking for a second one.

I was looking at the Cooler Master SickleFlow and Corsair AirSeries AF120.

My question: Are they good and quiet? I know they are not PWM fans, but the case has a built in fan controller :) 

Alternatives should be 120mm and not over 10€

the AF120 are pretty quiet even at full speed and they perform good enough with a custom fan profile.

To be honest mate id get some LED strips instead, they will look much better

Just get regular fans and a good quality LED strip.

Neither of them are good nor quiet.

You don't need PWM to control fan speeds. PWM and DC are just different ways to power a fan and either be used to control fan speeds in real time.  

Where are you shopping/located?

Germany. Planning to buy the parts on Mindfactory.de (I don't know how popular it is outside of germany :D)

Any reason why you're looking for 120mm's when the case supports 140mm's?

I need the fan for the back of the case and that fan slot is for 120mm only I think?

yep. I thought just the one included is not really that much, so I am planning to put the included one in the front and the led fan in the back so the light shines on the motherboard

the build is completely color neutral so anything would work, but blue would be nice if available :)
