i7-4770k Overclocking

I am thinking about overclocking my 4770k that is in a AsRock z87 Extreme 4 motherboard with a Noctua U14 cooler and wanted to know what most people were achieving with their 4770k over-clocks? Thanks for the input!

i can get mine stabel at 4.4 at 1.35ish volts but the temps hit over 80°C under full load without gpu and that was a bit to hot for what i like to see,  my current 4.1 OC at 1.15 volt doesnt get over 72°C on aircooling under full load durring rendering videos for 2a3 hours at a time at 30°C ambient room temp

CPU:R7 5800X    Motherboard: asrock x470 taichi ultimate   RAM: 32GB G.Skill Ripjaws-V 2X16GB    GPU: Gigabyte GTX1080TI gaming oc 11g   Case: Corsair 600Q Storage: 1TB Samsung 870(boot), samsung 850evo 500GB, 2TB Corsair MX500, samsung 2TB 970 evo plus, WD 5TB black    PSU: Corsair AX860    CPU cooling: Corsair H105
