Well all the stuff I would have recommended to change alreasy say "purchased" so.....

 

And why a $67 disk drive? Are you from 2006? :P

At 60hz and with a rx 480, the i7 is a waste. And the liquid cooler is unneeded by the way, you can just use the included CPU cooler in the box it's enough.
