Besides that build being hilariously unoptimized, yes it would be.

If you haven't purchased it yet, I'd highly recommend listening to some of the members here who'll undoubtedly try and help you with getting a more functional build.

Is 550 watt psu enouge for This build: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/qwcn6X

The 328W is the max wattage of the syatem, even a decent 350w, or 400w would be good enough ( you might want 400w if you overclock).

Yes, it's enough. Why are you getting Windows 7 when it's $200. Windows 10 is fine and is $100 cheaper. Also, no need to make 2 posts.

It's overkill. A good 450w would already be plenty.

You could get some cheaper like a S12ii 430w: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/4Vzv6h/seasonic-power-supply-s12ii430b

or if you want modularity, a m12ii 520w: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/TgW9TW/seasonic-power-supply-m12ii520bronze

Are you planning a new build? The part choices seem a bit odd.

In addition to what the people above have said, please don't spend an entire $200 on Windows. You can get it for cheaper than that.

Strange choices.

550w will cover it if you're wanting a simple answer.

OP: you say you've already got the parts. If they're unopened and the returns policy on the websites state you can return, have a think. That graphics card had be a bit 'erm..'

EDIT:

Question for OP: Is this a new build or?
