I have no clues what 9th grade is..

We had to do programming. Man even tough I am tech guy I never liked that. Hope there will be a test of building a PC one day!

Ya I'm sure this shouldn't be too hard but don't you think they should make it just you sitting in front of the teacher performing the tasks instead of giving you a pencil and writing it down on paper. I mean it is a tech class!

9th grade of an elementary school here (I live in a country next to Austria) means that he attends the 9th and last year of e. school, not sure how is it there, but here you must attend another 1 year on the high school  and then you can either leave school or attend another 3 years and pass exams, then you can go to the uni.

 Everything that we have to know for the test I knew before I started this course and I'm even in the advanced group.

If you really think you are not going to learn anything in the class, see if you can take a new one.  Try to add in another math class or an independent study on computer science.  I know its great to have an easy class when you are a kid, but when you grow up, you will realize it was a massive waste of time.  Being able to take an algebra or trig class early could really be a benefit to you.

I'm 14 the british school system confuses me

There are at least two separate schooling systems in Britain.

I bet you live in Slovakia :P. I do since its the same system u mentioned and Slovakia is next to Austria.Just curious but who actually leaves high school after the 1stst year? I mean it is allowed but i imagine u will have a not so good job, no?

Well for some guys who aren't very good students and need €€€ will leave school so they can get those €500, if they actually find a job :D. And yeah I am from Slovakia but I have a lot of connections in Austria and I'm going to move there in a couple of years.

We needed to make a website in Dreamweaver.. i was the only one who knew HTML CSS jQeury and Javacript so i got a 10! ( an A)

Hah yea i guess, but I'm gona try to endure these 4 years because everyone says that what I study is very useful and very well payed :)

no.. it's non compulsary but you can take the class.

 

this year however not enough people had signed up (me and some friends), so they didn;'t have the class. small schools suck (~600 people)
