I need your opinion on my final list

I dig it. I would get Windows 10 online instead and save some cash. Best Buy has the Asus VG248QE on sale too if you're not dead set on that monitor. That would save you some money.

I would personally spend a little bit more on a higher wattage PSU but that's just me. Otherwise, I think you're good to go. Also, since you're already spending quite a sum on this, why don't you get a liquid AIO CPU cooler?

The windows 10 was just to give me an estimate on how much I would spend on it and for the monitor I heard that I needed a G-sync because of tearing

if you plan to overclock, that 212EVO isn't gonna cut it, get something bigger or go liquid cooling with a 240mm rad at least

Look up Corsair h100i. That's a good place to start :D

I would go for the FTW instead of the SC GTX. The DDR4 should be 2400. Everything else looks fine

This is my first build so i don't trust myself to that level of liwuid cooling.
